WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard & American Express), PayPal, and Purchase Orders (from schools or districts).

HOW DOES MY SCHOOL/DISTRICT SUBMIT A PURCHASE ORDER?

There are multiple options for submitting a purchase order. You may simply place an order through our website and check the purchase order option during checkout. Once the order is submitted, you must email the purchase order to us at product@pdxreading.com before it can be processed. Additionally, you can email us at product@pdxreading.com with a purchase order, and we can manually enter the order for you.

MY DISTRICT NEEDS A W-9 BEFORE WE CAN ORDER. HOW CAN I GET ONE?

Please email us at product@pdxreading.com and we would be happy to send you a completed W-9.

RETURNS

WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN MY PURCHASE?

PDX Reading Specialist has a satisfaction guarantee or your money back policy. If you are unsatisfied with any of the products sold through the checkout on our website, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund.

DO I NEED AUTHORIZATION PRIOR TO RETURNING THE MERCHANDISE?

Prior authorization is required before any return will be accepted; please contact us at product@pdxreading.com and we will provide you with the shipping address for your return. Items must be returned in as-new unblemished condition for a full refund.

DOES THE RETURNED PRODUCT NEED TO BE IN GOOD CONDITION?

Used or blemished items, such as books or manuals that have been written in, are not subject for return. Opened sets of cards are subject to a 10% restocking fee, but will be considered as-new and receive a full refund if they are:

● all present

● in unmarked and undamaged condition

● organized in alphabetical/numerical order

● and securely bound together, such as with a rubber band

ARE SHIPPING CHARGES REFUNDABLE?

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Return shipping is provided by the customer except in the case of defective items or packing error. In an exchange, shipping for the new item is the responsibility of the customer except in the event of defective items or packing error. Proof of purchase is required.

CAN I RETURN SOME ITEMS FROM A BUNDLE?

Customers who have purchased a discounted package and return some but not all items in the set will receive a refund equal to full-price value of the items they are returning minus the package discount they had received.

CAN I RETURN A DIGITAL DOWNLOAD?

There is no way to return digital download products. However, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with any product you find in our store. Therefore, if you are dissatisfied with a digital product you have purchased from us, we trust your word, and ask that you email us at product@pdxreading.com stating that you have uninstalled the digital download and destroyed all electronic copies of the product download file(s), as well as any printed copies you have made. If you encounter any problems downloading a file, or if you receive the incorrect file, please email us at product@pdxreading.com for help. Credit from returned items will be refunded to the credit card used for purchase.

WHAT IF THERE IS A MISTAKE WITH MY ORDER?

If your order has any missing, incorrect, or defective items, please contact us immediately by sending an email to product@pdxreading.com so we can make it right!

HOW DO I SEND A RETURN

If you have an item you would like to return, please contact us beforehand at product@pdxreading.com for authorization and the shipping address for returns.

  • When you ship your package, please include:

Your name, email address, and phone number

  • A copy of your receipt or packing list from PDX Reading Specialist
  • The reason you are returning the items and instructions on how you would like us to handle your return (refund, exchange, etc.)
